mRNA-Lipid Nanoparticle
mRNA has shown therapeutic potential in a range of applications, including viral vaccines, protein replacement therapy, cancer immunotherapy, cell reprogramming, and genome editing. To achieve a therapeutic effect, mRNA molecules must reach specific target cells and produce enough of the protein of interest. However, targeted delivery and endosomal escape remain challenging for mRNA delivery systems, highlighting the need for safe and effective mRNA delivery materials.
A variety of materials have been developed for mRNA delivery, including lipids, lipid-like materials, polymers, and protein derivatives. In particular, lipid nanoparticles have been thoroughly studied and successfully entered the clinic for the delivery of small molecules, siRNA drugs and mRNA. Notably, two licensed COVID-19 vaccines, mRNA-1273 and BNT162b21, use lipid nanoparticles to deliver antigenic mRNA. Currently, many other lipid nanoparticle-mRNA formulations have been developed and are undergoing clinical evaluation for the prevention and treatment of viral infections, cancer, and genetic diseases.
Creative Biogene is committed to providing ready-to-use mRNA lipid nanoparticles for immune cell engineering research. We have validated them in many cell types with high efficiency when validated by FACS. We can generate custom mRNAs to deliver many different genes of interest, such as antibody sequences or chimeric antigen receptors (CARs).
Our existing products include Control EGFP, xBCMA CAR, xCD19 CAR, xHER2 CAR, xEpcam/CD3 BsAb, MAGE3/MHC complex, COVID-19 Spike protein (Alpha variant), COVID-19 Spike protein (Omicron variant), COVID- 19 Spike protein (Delta variant), COVID-19 Nucleocapsid protein and OVID-19 RBD protein, these products can be used for vaccine development or allogeneic CAR-T development. In addition to ready-to-use products, Creative Biogene offers many custom services for mRNA and lipid nanoparticle delivery for preclinical research.
