Project Manager, mRNA Delivery System

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can accept a fast-paced biotech environment. The project manager will collaborate with professional scientists to advance development projects within mRNA delivery system development and testing.
Basic Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in molecular biology, molecular cell biology, pharmaceutical sciences, chemical engineering, or a related biomedical field;
- In-depth knowledge on mRNA delivery system, such as lipid-based, polymer-based, peptide-based delivery system;
- Successful project management experience;
- Strong communication and presentation skills, and fluent in English;
- Strong problem-solving and analysis capabilities;
- The ability to work under stress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide project strategies, and technical solutions;
- Collect the information of mRNA delivery system industry, participate in the overall planning of R&D projects;
- Manage and track the projects of mRNA delivery system, make progress reports on a regular basis;
- Conduct technical communication and exchange with customers promptly, answer and provide feedback to customers' technical questions.
