Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced senior research scientist. In this position, you will be responsible for further development of our mRNA vaccine contract research services, such as management and execution of specific experimental work. To achieve desired outcomes, the candidate will be capable of finding alternative approaches.

Basic Qualifications:

- Ph.D. in molecular biology, molecular cell biology, immunology, or a related biomedical field;

- Experience in mRNA vaccine R&D is preferred;

- Strong problem-solving and analysis capabilities;

- Good writing and oral communication skills;

- Management and execution of specific experimental work with a high degree of independence;

- Ability to work under stress;

Key Responsibilities:

- Screen and evaluate the potency and safety of vaccine candidates for animal infectious diseases;

- Perform studies for antigen selection and optimization;

- Perform studies for the screen of vaccine candidates;

- Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely research documentation, and make progress reports on a regular basis;

- Provide seamless support by working collaboratively with other team members.
